Suspicious vehicle, person inside vehicle parked in a lot on Voyager Dr was waving their arms. Person was playing Pokemon Go.

Suspicious person, comp stating there is a larger man with no shirt yelling at people in a vehicle, vehicle left, but the man is still standing in the street, Miltona.
